Booking Policy

In order to guarantee an exclusive and personalized service, our salon receives only one guest at a time. To confirm your reservation, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Confirmation of Reservation and Advance Payment

  • To confirm your reservation, advance payment of the full cost of the service is required.
  • The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • If payment is not made within the deadline set at the time of booking, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of service. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
  • You can cancel by sending an email to: salonetheplace@gmail.com or by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to the number 081283366.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a 50% refund.

3. No Show

  • Failure to show up without prior cancellation will be considered a No Show.
  • In case of No Show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

4. Modify Reservation

  • To change the date or time of your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to the availability of the salon.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund.

3. No Show (Missed Appointment)

  • If you do not show up without prior cancellation, it will be considered a No Show.
  • In the event of a No Show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling

  • To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request based on salon availability.
