Problems with orders

I received a different package than the one I ordered

If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.

Can I cancel or modify the order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, send an email as soon as possible to info@haircare.express, or call or write via WhatsApp to +39 081283366.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, however, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification.

Why wasn't my order successful?

The reasons can be multiple. We advise you to:

- try from different browsers (Mozilla/Chrome/Safari/etc...) and/or devices (tablet, PC, smartphone, etc...)
- delete browsing data (cache)

If it doesn't solve the problem, contact us and we will try to help you.


How can I purchase a gift card?

At the moment we do not resell Gift Cards. The service will be active in the coming months.

I would like to surprise a loved one with a gift: how can I do it?

You could purchase a "bundle" box. "Bundle" boxes arrive at their destination already packaged and can contain agricosmetic formulations for hair care or products and objects for a more sustainable daily life.

I can't find the product I'm looking for, what can I do?

To easily find the product you can:
- navigate through the menu categories
- search for the product by clicking on the magnifying glass icon found in the top bar. A bar will open where you can type the name of the product you are interested in.

If you can't find the product, the reasons may be as follows:
- format/product/treatment dedicated exclusively to the professional sector
- product not salable in your country due to transport restrictions

Are the products I purchase from you original?

We are official and authorized resellers so all products are new and original.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

You can return products within 365 days of receiving them. The products must not be used and/or opened. If you do not respect this simple rule, you will not be able to return the products.

What happens when I make a return?

When we receive the product you returned we will check it and if it has not been opened and/or used we will refund you.

How long will it take for me to receive the refund?

If the product is deemed suitable, i.e. you have opened and/or used it, we will refund the amount within 1 working day by crediting the same payment method.

Who pays the return costs?

If you have received a different or non-compliant product, your return will be free. If you have changed your mind, you can use your courier to return the product to us or ask for a pre-paid label. In the latter case, €8.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
